The French champions were said to have launched a record bid for the Portuguese over the weekend, which Real rejected with a referral to his €1 billion buyout-clause.
However, sources close to the club's president, Nasser al Khelaifi, allegedly told Marca that these reports are "quite untrue".
PSG owners had reportedly met with Real president, Florentino Perez and launched the world-record bid.
Marca, though, claim that PSG wouldn't move for any of Real Madrid's players without consent from the Los Blancos board.
The French side want to continue their good relationship with the Spanish giants as they reportedly agreed to a non-aggression pact regarding transfers.
