The Argentine winger has been linked with a move away from the Red Devils, after enduring a tough first season in the English Premier League, despite racking up 10 assists.
Di Maria his since been rumoured to join the French Ligue 1 champions, who were forced out of his signature last season due to Financial Fair Play rules.
However with those restrictions lifted, the PSG manager has confirmed their interest in the winger, although he feels other would be interested in the player as well.
"We are talking about a rather complicated deal," the former Red Devils defender told L'Equipe.
"If United really have the intention of selling Di Maria, Paris Saint-Germain will not be the only interested team.
"Other big teams will also try to bring him in to strengthen their squad, so there is always the risk of a bidding war."
