The Catalans have begun an intense revamp following the end of what turned out to be a disastrous campaign for the club.
Not only did they watch fierce rivals Real Madrid lift the LaLiga title, they also crashed out of the UEFA Champions League at the quarter-final stage after being embarrassed in an 8-2 defeat by eventual winners Bayern Munich.
Days after that loss, manager Quique Setien was sacked and Koeman left his post as Netherlands boss to take over at the Blaugrana's helm.
Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu has already named some players he expects to stay on, including Lionel Messi and some of the team's younger talent.
However, RAC1 has now reported that Koeman has personally called Luis Suarez, Samuel Umtiti, Ivan Rakitic and Arturo Vidal to tell them they are not part of his plans going forward.
