The Spanish full-back has no future at Tottenham Hotspur and is expected to leave before the transfer window closes at the end of the month.
According to Sky Sports News, the Catalan giants have enquired about the former Los Blancos full-back as they weigh up their options for the season.
The Spaniard has just one year left on his contract with the North London outfit, who are keen to cash in on his services rather than lose him to a free transfer next year.
Meanwhile, Barcelona are not the only team showing interest in Reguilon as Fichajes have reported that Turkish outfit Galatasaray are also keen on his services.
The Turkish outfit want to bolster their defence after a tough loss to Besiktas in the Super Cup last week and have identified Reguilon as a potential target.
The report adds that Spain star defender Aymeric Laporte, Sergio Oliveira and Alexandru Cicâldau are on Galatasaray's wish list.
