Felix, who has been linked with Paris Saint-Germain, has already publicly expressed his desire to join Barcelona this season.
"I would love to play for Barca," Felix told transfer expert Fabrizio Romano in July
"Barcelona has always been my first choice and I would like to join them. "It has been my dream since I was a kid. If it happens, if I can sign for Barca, it will be a dream come true."
However, it seems the 23-year-old will not get his wish as El Desmarque will not sanction a move to the Camp Nou.
It is believed that CEO Miguel Angel Gil Marin is the main figure that does not want Felix to join the Catalan giants, which has reportedly caused tension to rise at the Madrid outfit.
The report adds that Marin's reasons have not been made clear yet but with their not being a lot of interest in the player, the club may be forced to offload him to their leauge rivals.
