Dortmund 4-0 Gabala: The German outfit cruised to victory thanks to goals from Marco Reus (28'), Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (45'), Sergei Zenjov (og 67') and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (70'). Minsk 1-2 Villarreal: Maksim Vitus (69') put the hosts in front but a brace from Roberto Soldado (pen 72', 86') gave the visitors the win. Marseille 1-0 Sporting Braga: Kevin Nkoudou (39') netted a solitary strike to give the hosts the win. Rosenborg 0-2 Lazio: Filip Djordjevic (9', 29') scored twice for the Serie A side as they earned a comfortable win. Lech Poznan 0-2 Fiorentina: Josip Ilicic (42', 83') bagged a double for the visitors to secure the victory. Sparta Prague 1-1 Schalke: David Lafata (6') gave the home side the lead but a penalty from Johannes Geis (pen 20') salvaged a point for the visitors.
