Frank Acheampong (68') pulled one back for the travelers but Eduardo (79') made it 3-1.   Athletic Bilbao 1-0 Valencia   The hosts put themselves ahead in the tie thanks to a solitary strike from Raul Garcia in the 20th minute.   Sparta Praha 1-1 Lazio   Martin Frydek broke the deadlock in the 13th minute but Vitaliy Mandziuk (38') netted a vital away goal for the Italian outfit just before the break.
