Erling Haaland and Phil Foden both bagged hat-tricks as Manchester City humiliated city rivals Manchester United 6-3 on Sunday afternoon.

United went with the same starting line-up that defeated Arsenal in their last league encounter before the FIFA break, while Man City were without Rodri as Nathan Ake joined Manuel Akanji in the middle of the defence.
The hosts almost went ahead inside the opening five minutes when Kevin de Bruyne was denied by David de Gea before Lisandro Martinez blocked Bernardo Silva's effort on the line.
City would get their reward in the seventh minute when a neat passing move ended with Phil Foden turning home Silva's cross at the far post.
The one-way traffic continued as City doubled their lead in the 33rd minute when Haaland's header from De Bruyne's corner creeped over the line despite the best efforts of Tyrell Malacia.
The lead was doubled seven minutes before the halftime break when De Bruyne turned provider once again to pick out Haaland, who volleyed home at the far post.
There was enough time for City to grab a fourth goal before the break, with Foden completing his brace by turning home Haaland's cross at the far post.
After losing Raphael Varane to injury the first half, Ten Hag responded made another change at the start of the second half as Luke Shaw replaced Malacia at left-back.
United managed to pull a goal back 10 minutes into the second half when Antony collected a pass from Christian Eriksen before curling a fine strike past Ederson.
However, City were back on the front in the 65th minute when Haaland completed his third hat-trick for the champions by turning home a cross from Sergio Gomez.
As a result, Haaland become the first player in Premier League history to score a hat-trick in three successive home encounters.
Haaland was not the only player to bag a treble on the day, as Foden got his third goal with 18 minutes left on the clock after being set up by the Norwegian striker.
United did manage to bag a second consolation goal with seven minutes on the clock as he nodded home from close range after Fred's initial shot was saved by Ederson.
Martial then grabbed his second goal of the game in the 90th minute from the penalty spot after the Frenchman was fouled by Joao Cancelo, although City had done enough to see out the rest of the game.
