Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has sent a warning his players ahead of the final day of the Premier League season.
The Citizens are 90 minutes away from securing a fourth successive Premier League title as they take on West Ham United in David Moyes' final game for the club.
Two seasons ago, the Premier League title race was decided on the final day of the season as City had to come back from two goals to defeat Aston VIlla at the Etihad, while Liverpool finished second.

"He [Moyes] will do everything to beat us," Guardiola said at his press conference, as per ESPN.
"I'm ready for it to be a tough, tough game. I want to put in the minds of the players that look at Tottenham, how they fought for every ball.
"It was incredible aggression and commitment that Spurs had. I didn't have any doubts about that. The 11 players at West Ham will be ready to beat us.
"If you ask all the Premier League teams at the start of the season what would be the best position for the last game of the season, we are in the best position," Guardiola said.
"That's for sure. One game, destiny in our hands. We need to win one game to be champions. Every team would love to be in our position, that's for sure.
"But it won't be easy. I have the feeling it will be an Aston Villa game. We would like to be 3-0 up after 10 minutes but it isn't going to happen."
"That happened with Aston Villa in the same position and didn't have anything to play for two seasons ago and I know what happened. It's going to happen the same."
