The 26-year-old bids farewell to United after five years, during which he amassed 190 appearances and contributed to 15 goals.
Wan-Bissaka joined the 20-time English champions in 2019 from Crystal Palace in a deal worth €55 million (R1.1 billion).
The defender has been praised for his excellent tackling since arriving at Old Trafford, but has, at times, also faced criticism for his lack of output offensively.
He has penned a seven-year contract at the London Stadium.
