Lyle Foster could be bidding farewell to his manager in the near future after it was reportedly revealed that the tactician is in talks to become the boss of a new Premier League side.

Under the tutelage of Vincent Kompany, the Johannesburg native has morphed himself in a quality forward in England's top division.
This past weekend, Foster became only the sixth South African ever to score at least five Premier League goals.
The accomplishment bodes well for the rest of his Burnley career, but he may have to continue with the Clarets without the 38-year-old tactician from next season.
According to Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Kompany is the top candidate for Brighton Hove Albion should their manager, Roberto De Zerbi, leave at the end of this campaign.
It is claimed informal talks between the Seagulls and Kompany's representatives have already taken place, with it believed the former central defender is open to a move to the Amex Stadium.
Although no official decision has been made regarding his future, it is said Burnley are already sounding out new managers for next season as the merry-go-round of coaches in Europe continues.

De Zerbi is being eyed by a number of elite sides on the continent, with the likes of Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Barcelona all said to be interested, so in the event that he does leave the south coast of England, Brighton seemingly want a replacement ready.
