FC Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi was once again in great form against Real Madrid in El Clasico on Saturday. Here are five records he set within those 90 minutes.

The Argentine and his colleagues beat Los Blancos 3-0 on their own turf on the weekend, seeing the Blaugrana go 14 points clear of Zinedine Zidane's side in the La Liga table, and Messi was instrumental for the Catalan club on the day, scoring a goal and setting up one for teammate Aleix Vidal.
In doing so, the 30-year-old scored his 25th Clasico goal and became the first player to assist 14 strikes in the famous fixture, according to Bleacher Report.
The forward also became the player who has individually scored the most times against Los Blancos across all competitions, and beat Gerd Muller's record of most strikes for a single European club.
Messi scored his 526th goal for Barca in the clash, beating the former record held by the German legend at Bayern Munich.

Lastly, the attacker has now scored more than 15 league goals in 10 consecutive La Liga seasons.
