Luis Enrique's team have been in top form of late, and have found the net 19 times in their past seven matches, with Luis Suarez and Neymar scoring the bulk of those goals.
Rafael Benitez's men were in great shape before losing to Sevilla in La Liga before the international break, with that 3-2 loss being their only defeat of the season so far.
Los Blancos have a solid home record in their past 22 matches at the Santiago Bernabeu, winning 19 of those encounters in front of their noisy fans.
Of the previous five Clasicos, Barcelona have won three times, including a 2-1 triumph earlier this year in the 2014/15 season, while Real were victorious in the other two matches.
