The Brazilian gave Neymar harsh criticism, following his red card against Colombia, firmly stating that nobody in a Brazil jersey should be carrying themselves in that way.
"It's not justified, what he has said and done," he told Globo.
"Currently he is going through a tough time.
"He is acting very aggressively and he is not accepting anything that happens.
"In the Brazil jersey, you cannot do that."
In the match against Radamel Falcao's Colombia, Neymar kicked the ball into Pablo Armero once the final whistle had blown, then appeared to try and head-butt Jeison Murillo when the player approached him.
Neymar's ban is currently just one match, but with further investigation, he could receive harsher punishment.
