Angel di Maria is expected to retain his spot, despite not impressing against Uruguay, although Ezequiel Lavezzi could be handed a start after his impressive cameo. FC Barcelona superstar, Lionel Messi, is expected to make his 100th appearance for the national side. Jamaica, meanwhile, have nothing but pride to play after they lost their opening two games to Uruguay and Paraguay. This will be only third the third encounter between the two nations, with Argentina winning both games. The last win came under Diego Maradona, where La Albiceleste picked up a 2-1 win.
