Former Liverpool and Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli has revealed what he thinks he needs to do to one day win the iconic Ballon d'Or prize.
The prestigious award has been dominated by Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi since 2008, and it seems the latest edition might once again go to one of the aforementioned pair after their fantastic contributions for their clubs this season.
Chatting with ESPN, the Italian striker spoke about his chances of one day winning the Ballon d'Or, and jokingly came up with a way to topple Messi and Ronaldo.
"I'll have to kill those two to win it," Balotelli joked.
On a more serious note, he added: "What I've done since the start of my career has not been enough, I will have to do more."
The 26-year-old will be a free agent come the end of June, and is apparently undecided as to what his next move will be.
