Salah Reaches Special Milestone, Shalulile Helps Namibia Hold Cameroon

Egypt 2-0 Malawi 

Mohamed Salah was on target for Egypt as they bounced back to winning ways in Group D with a 2-0 win over Malawi at Cairo International Stadium.

Salah broke the deadlock for the Pharaohs on 20 minutes to bring his up his 50th goal for the national side.

The Liverpool superstar then turned provider to set up Omar Marmoush to double the home side's lead on the brink of halftime. 

Nigeria 0-1 Guinea Bissau 

Nigeria dropped points for the first time in Group A after a shock 1-0 loss to Guinea Bissau at Abuja National Stadium. 

Mama Balde scored the decisive goal for Guinea Bissau just before the half-hour mark as the West African neighbours leapfrogged the Super Eagles by one point at the top of the section. 

Ivory Coast 3-1 Comoros

Ivory Coast returned to winning ways in Group H after drubbing Comoros 3-1 at Stade Municipal de Bouaké.

Christian Kouame broke the deadlock for the Elephants on the half-hour mark and Sebastien Haller doubled their lead on the hour-mark. 

Jean-Philippe Krasso put the game to bed for Ivory Coast in the last minute while Ibroihim Youssouf scored a consolation goal for Comoros in added time. 

Cameroon 1-1 Namibia

Cameroon's perfect start in Group C came to an end after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Namibia at Stade Ahmadou Ahidjo.

Peter Shalulile broke the deadlock for the Brave Warriors towards the half-hour mark but Nicolas N'Koulou levelled matters for the Indomitable Lions with 17 minutes to go.

Namibia remained two points behind leaders Cameroon, in a group that has three teams after Kenya were disqualified. 

Tunisia 3-0 Libya 

Tunisia top Group J by one point after drubbing Libya 3-0 at Stade Olympique de Rades.

Youssef Msakni gave the Carthage Eagles an early lead before Ali Maaloul doubled their lead midway into the first stanza.

Haythem Jouini put the game to bed for Tunisia four minutes before time.

Senegal 5-1 Mozambique

Senegal maintained their perfect start at the top of Group L after hammering Mozambique 5-1 at Stade Me Abdoulaye Wade. 

Youssouf Sabaly, Sadio Mane, Iliman Ndiaye and Boulaye Dia all scored in the first stanza for the Lions of Teranga. 

Gildo Lourenco Vilanculos got a consolation goal for the Mambas early in the second stanza but Habib Diallo extended Senegal's rout with their fifth goal two minutes before time.
