After the close of the January transfer window, Mamelodi Sundowns coach Miguel Cardoso came out to state how important a midfielder, who was linked with an exit, is to the club.
Before the close of the window, midfielder Sphelele Mkhulise was believed to be heading to North Africa, but he remained a Sundowns player, as Cardoso backed his importance to the team.
The arrival of Jayden Adams, however, has made game time even more hard to come by for Mkhulise, who has not featured much since the close of the transfer window a few months ago.
The Siya crew has now been led to believe that there is a possibility for the 29-year-old to make an exit, with game time being a key concern for him at this stage.
Indications are that the door to North Africa has not been completely closed, but the Siya crew has been informed that there would be no shortage of interest in the PSL.

Mkhulise, who has previously had loan spells at Black Leopards and Richards Bay, has made 21 appearances in all competitions for Sundowns this season, with three goals to his name. Last month, he made just one appearance in the five matches Sundowns played.
The Siya crew understands that the player could form part of the FIFA Club World Cup squad, but a move afterwards is a possibility.
