The story
Moroccan giants Wydad Athletic Club announced the loan signing of Thembinkosi "Nyoso" Lorch from Mamelodi Sundowns over the weekend.
The former Orlando Pirates star reunites with coach Rulani Mokwena — following an agreement between the two teams for the experienced baller.
Lorch struggled for a regular place in the Masandawana squad this campaign, having appeared in just seven matches across all competitions and making two goal contributions.
Under Rulani's guidance last season at Downs, Lorch played in 24 games, netting 11 goals and registering four assists and hopes to reignite the form with the work he's putting in at the gym.
The Bafana Bafana international has been working with trainer Vusi 'Mavreka' Hlabangwana since the start of the new year and has been pushing his condition to the limit.
The 31-year-old will hope to hit the ground running for Rulani's Wydad, who find themselves in fourth place on the Botola Pro 1 league table.
