Following his goal-scoring display in the Reds' 3-0 victory over Manchester United in the Premier League before the international break, Salah said he wanted to enjoy his final year at the club.
The 32-year-old has less than 12 months remaining on his deal at Anfield amid rumoured interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia, though recent reports have claimed he could sign an extension.
Other publications, meanwhile, suggest Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain are keen on signing the African superstar after concerns Liverpool are unwilling to continue paying Salah £350 000 (R8.1 million) a week.
Ramy Abbas Issa, the man who represents the Egyptian international, has since taken to social media to set the record straight.
"FYI – all those 'journalists' who imply having 'inside information' about Mohamed's future are making claims/posts based on absolutely nothing," he wrote on X (formerly Twitter)
"Just click-w***ing. 'Sources close to Mohamed' don't exist. This post is really just to tell you that they don't know."
