The story
Cape Town City and Orlando Pirates shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw, in the MTN8 semi-final first leg at the DHL Stadium on Wednesday evening.
Originally slated for Tuesday, the match was postponed by the PSL due to severe weather conditions in Cape Town.
The rescheduled game drew a crowd of around 20 000, who were treated to a thrilling encounter as both sides battled fiercely to gain an edge for the second leg.
In among the enthralling exchanges, centre back Thabiso Sesane and attacking midfielder Patrick Maswanganyi got the crowd on their feet with some dazzling skills.
"Tito" got the ambulance siren going by creatively climbing on the ball to maintain possession, while the silky Sesane sent a message to future opponents on why he shouldn't be pressed when he's on the ball...
