Jose Mourinho has compared African champions Al Ahly to Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The Portuguese tactician was in attendance for the Egypt Cup final between Al Ahly and Zamalek on Friday evening.

Al Ahly went on to secure 2-0 win over their arch-rivals thanks to goals from Emam Ashour and Mohamed Magdy Afsha.
The former Manchester United and Chelsea tactician gave the Red Devils some high praise after the final.
"Al Ahly are maybe the Real Madrid of Africa. The amount of titles they won is incredible.
"Even the amount of times they participated in the Club World Cup and competed with international teams.
"If I am not wrong, a player that I was always in love with was playing for Al Ahly was [Mohamed] Aboutrika. I loved him."
Mourinho is currently a free agent after being relieved of his duties by AS Roma last month following a string of disappointing results.
