According to Spanish publication Jijantes, the Catalan giants have received a significant offer for young left-back Alejandro Balde.
The fullback has impressed since breaking into the senior set-up, having also become a regular for Spain, whom he has since represented seven times between his debut in November in 2022 and October this year.
Barcelona's well-documented financial struggles mean they cannot afford to shrug off major proposals from hopeful bidders, although it appears the 20-year-old is determined to continue in LALIGA.
It is claimed his high-profile agent, Jorge Mendes, contacted his camp to discuss an offer he received from a club in the Premier League, but was immediately told Balde has no intention of leaving.
The defender has previously been linked with a move to treble champions Manchester City, but this time there is no indication as to who the team interested in his signature is.
Balde has made 72 senior appearances for the Blaugrana since 2022, contributing to nine goals across all competitions in the process.

Transfermarkt values the youngster at €50 million (R1 billion), a figure that would likely help Barcelona in the long run if such an offer came in.
