Spanish giants Real Madrid have reportedly already decided on a shirt number for Kylian Mbappe, who will be a free agent next year as things stand.
The French forward is currently in the final year of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain, but it remains to be seen if he will still be in the French capital next season.
Mbappe stated before the season that he will not sign a new deal, which prompted the club to axe him from the first-team squad in pre-season.

Mbappe has long been linked with a move to Los Blancos, who have been long-time admirers of the 2018 World Cup winner.
Teams are only allowed to enter negotiations with Mbappe's representatives from 1 January 2024, but a new report claims the Spanish outfit are already preparing for his arrival.
Spanish publication El Chiringuito have reported that the club are preparing the number ten jersey, which is currently being occupied by veteran midfielder Luka Modric.
Modric has reportedly been unhappy with his minutes this season but he could be on his way out of the club when his contract expires next year.
Mbappe currently wears the number seven jersey at PSG, but that number is currently occupied by talisman Vinicius Junior.
Los Blancos have also come out to deny reports that have been in negotiations with Mbappe's camp over a potential.
"In the face of news stories broadcast and published by various media, which speculate about supposed negotiations between the player Kylian Mbappé and our club."
"Real Madrid want to state that these stories are absolutely false and said negotiations, with a player who belongs to PSG, have not taken place," the statement read.
