Cape Town Spurs head coach Shaun Bartlett has addressed his future at the club, who set an unwanted PSL record after the Ikapa Derby loss.
The Urban Warriors became the first side in Premier Soccer League era to lose their opening seven matches of the season.
The defeat to the cross-town rivals left Spur bottom of the league and the only side without a single point to their name.

"I'm not somebody to just throw in the towel. I think my whole life I've always persevered, I've always had my back against the wall. I'm always going to try my upmost best, that is my character," Bartlett told the media.
"Where I come from, that is what taught me to be in this position. I've got very thick skin, I got broad shoulders, that's why I'm carrying this team and I will continue carrying the team until a decision is made."
The club released a statement a few weeks back, stating their support for Bartlett after the poor start.
"The best way to answer that is to see what happens in the next 48 hours and what conversation will be had and what's decided," Bartlett said when asked if he felt he had the the same support now.
"I don't really disclose too much, We all know what the situation is. We've always been a club that promotes young players and not go too much in the market but sometimes a level up is too much for certain players. Those are things where we need to assess and make changes."
The Urban Warriors will be back in action on Wednesday evening against SuperSport United.
