It has now been revealed that a certain Real Madrid star advised Mason Greenwood to make the move to LaLiga in the recent transfer window.
The 21-year-old will spend the 2023/2024 season on loan at Getafe after the Red Devils confirmed he won't be playing for the game again.

The Getafe tactician has revealed that England and Los Blancos star Jude Bellingham advised Greenwood to seal a move to the Spanish top-flight.
"It was a surprise, we never thought we could get a player like that," Bordalas told RadioMarca.
"But they got in touch with our sporting director [Ruben Reyes], we talked, we didn't think it could happen but both sides made an effort [financially]."
It's a deal that perhaps would not have happened without the help of Bellingham.
"Greenwood is friends with Bellingham, and he advised him to come to the Spanish league."
Greenwood could make his debut for Getafe against Osasuna in LaLiga on Sunday afternoon.
