Parker's book launch
Bernard Parker launched his "From a Shack to Destiny" memoir at the Birchwood Hotel's Phomolong Restaurant in Kempton Park, Johannesburg.
Along with friends and family and the legend Jomo Sono, "Die Hond" was supported at the event by former teammates at Chiefs and Bafana Bafana, Siphiwe Tshabalala, Siyabonga Nkosi and Tshepo Masilela.
Parker's coach at TS Galaxy Sead Ramovic and club owner Tim Sukazi showed up for one of their star forward's, with Jessica Motaung spotted taking pics with the ex-Glamour Boy.
A few Kaizer Chiefs Saddam Maake and Cellular Junior were also seen at the event, with the latter sharing a vlog of his eventful evening among South African football's biggest names:

Parker sat down with Robert Marawa earlier this month on Marawa Sports World and explained why it was important for him to release his autobiography before hanging up his boots:
"I'm back both as a footballer and an author. The journey started last year when Charley Pietersen, my life coach and the author, approached me to do something about documenting my career," explained Parker.
"Slowly but surely it became more serious to me. It actually lifted me in an emotional and mental way. This book is an inspiration. Charley said it shold be released while I am playing, I've just started a foundation as well and this book is a great way to boost the foundation which where I want to inspire the next generation," said the 37-year-old.
