Barcelona's latest wonderkid Lamine Yamal has now reportedly made a decision on who he will represent, between Spain and Morocco, at international level.

The 16-year-old sensation has been grabbing the attention of the football fraternity since his performances in pre-season.
His most recent display against Villarreal, which earned him Man of the Match honours, further raised his profile, and now senior national teams have taken notice of the youngster as they try to entice him.
Yamal has represented La Furia Roja at junior level, most recently at the UEFA European Under-17 Championship, and according to Sport, members of the Royal Spanish Football Federation recently flew to Catalonia to try to convince him to commit to the Spanish senior side.

However, because the forward's father is Moroccan, the attacker also had the option of playing for the Atlas Lions, but it seems the north African giants will not be able to count on the La Masia alumni as the same report claims that he has opted to represent the Europeans and will be selected for Luis de la Fuentes' Spain squad for their upcoming 2024 UEFA European Championship qualifiers.
