Chiefs enjoyed camps in Mpumalanga, spent some time in Tanzania and concluded with a trip to neighbouring Botswana as Chippa United lie in wait for their 2023/24 DStv Premiership opener.
As they did in Tanzania, the Glamour Boys fielded a new-look squad, which looked promising in patches but lacked the firepower needed to gain victory over rollers.
Despite yet another pre-season defeat, Ntseki says his side are on the right track ahead of the start of the new campaign.
"You can see we are on the right track. The starting XI was mainly players that came on last week so I gave all players minutes. We did okay but we have some things to work on. I wasn't happy with the goal we conceded, but we'll work on these things during the week in order to be ready to start the season," he told the club's website.
