Manchester City star Erling Haaland has been unveiled as the new EA FC 24 cover star.
Haaland replaces Kylian Mbappe, who's featured on the last few covers under the FIFA title, and the Norwegian goal-getter says he's fulfilled a dream by becoming the game's cover star.

Halaand the cover star
Norwegian superstar Erling Haaland is officially the face of EA Sports' new era away from its FIFA title.
The EA FC 24 Standard Edition cover has been officially unveiled by the esteemed gaming publishers, with Haaland replacing Kylian Mbappe and Matilda's star Sam Kerr as the face of the game.
EA has opted to change its cover star for the first time since FIFA 21, with Haaland unveiled as the cover star at a special event that attended by legends Figo, Didier Drogba, and Ronaldinho.

Mbappe appeared on three-consecutive covers, including FIFA 23 where with Chelsea Women's striker Kerr. Unlike Mbappe, Kerr is still involved, as one of the 31 athletes who join Halaand, Ronaldinho, Bukayo Saka and more on the Ultimate Edition cover.
"Every footballer dreams of this. Proud to be on the cover for the first season of a new era," said a Haaland in a shared IG post with EA Sports FC.
Being a cover star rounds off a remarkable last few months for Haaland, who helped Manchester City achieve a treble of trophies in the 2022/23 season.
