The source added that that the club are likely to sell or loan a few players, as the club has made many transfers during this window already. Soccer Laduma has learnt who these players could be.
"These are just some of the players. Chiefs are expected to put them on transfer as they are cutting down the squad," said the Siya source.
"But they will only do that after the game against Township Rollers in Botswana. You see, in Tanzania they gave the other players the chance so that they can decide on which ones they will transfer," the source added.
Another Siya source stated that the transfers may need to open up space for youngsters from development who the team have promoted, and a few more yet to be promoted.
"The technical team will decide all of this after the game in Botswana," the other source told the Siya crew.
The Siya crew contacted Chiefs but the club did not respond at the time of preparing this story.
