Kaizer Chiefs have signed six new players ahead of the new season and released a few as well. They are also busy with improving the contracts of players who are approaching the end of their respective deals.
As previously reported by the Siya crew, Amakhosi want to keep their young stars for a longer period of time, including one particular player with high potential.

Now, Siya sources have indicated that Kaizer Chiefs and Nkosingiphile Ngcobo could have agreed and signed a new three-year deal which would then potentially expire in June 2027.
The source added that Ngcobo's current contract expires in June next year.
"The club is not just concentrating on new players. They are also looking at the contracts of the players who are already at the club," said the Siya source.
And for now, the one who has been given a new contract is Mshini (Nkosingiphile Ngcobo). From what I know, and have heard from management is that it's a three-year deal. They believe in him and they want to keep him for long.
"It's a done deal. He will be at the team until June 2027," the source told the Siya crew.
The 23-year-old Pietermaritzburg-born midfielder has been with Amakhosi since 2017. He had signed his first professional contract in 2019. During his full period at the club, he has made 78 appearances in all competitions, scoring six times and assisting three times.
He was part of South Africa's Olympic team in Tokyo 2020 and much was expected for his development in the years to come.
