With rumours suggesting that Paris Saint-Germain are eager to offload Neymar, the Brazilian is reportedly insisting on a move to one club only.

According to Sport, Les Parisiens have become disillusioned with their club-record signing and want him gone after yet another injury-hit season in Paris, and while the attacker is willing to leave the Parc des Princes, it is now said the skilful winger only sees himself signing with Barcelona.
After moving to Paris in 2017, the Mogi das Cruzes native reportedly tried to make a shock return to the Camp Nou on a number of occasions, but those deals failed to materialise.
Now, with PSG more receptive to the idea of letting Neymar go, it seems there is more of a possibility that the prolific attacker will be able to join the club with whom he enjoyed the most success in his career so far.
Barca coach Xavi Hernandez has, however, already made it clear that signing his former teammate is not a priority for the Blaugrana as they are rumoured to still be looking for a midfielder and a right-back.
The same report also claims that the LaLiga champions are not in a financial position to pay a transfer fee for Brazil's all-time top goalscorer, and that if he is to return, it would have to be on a loan deal.
It is also believed the ex-Santos man would have to take a significant wage reduction if he is to re-sign with the Catalan giants, something he is understood to be willing to do.

It seems Pini Zahavi will be integral to the deal should it materialise, with Neymar said to have enlisted the services of the Israeli super-agent, who is also Robert Lewandowski's agent and has a good relationship with the Barca board, in an effort to make the move a reality.
