According to Foot Mercato, the Brazil international would be open to taking his career to Manchester United amid apparent interest from the Red Devils.
It was reported last week that the 20-time English champions have been in contact with the French giants to find out about Neymar's availability, after rumours suggested the club could look to cash in on him in the coming window.
The new report claims Neymar can only envision his future at United or PSG, with the deal said to be linked to Qatar businessman Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani's potential takeover of the Mancunian club.
Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola, meanwhile, is believed to have contacted the former Barcelona winger to suss out where his head is at ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
Neymar's future in France appears uncertain amid recent calls from supporters for PSG to sell him due to concerns over his lifestyle and injury record.
