Ultimate Team on EA Sports FC
As EA Sports decides to go with their own name and new branding for what would have been FIFA 24, will popular game modes like Ultimate Team survive?
EA Sports FC is the next installment of the gaming franchise, with football governing body FIFA reportedly looking to create their own version of the game that'll compete with EA's new venture.
In a statement released last month, EA confirmed the good news for the Ultimate Team community, reassuring them that every mode they loved on FIFA will be included in EA Sports FC:
"Everything you love about our games will be part of EA SPORTS FC – the same great experiences, modes, leagues, tournaments, clubs and athletes will be there. Ultimate Team, Career Mode, Pro Clubs and VOLTA Football will all be there."
EA has boasts an extensive licensing portfolio of more than "19 000+ players, 700+ teams, 100+ stadiums and 30 leagues that we've continued to invest in for decades will still be there, uniquely in EA SPORTS FC. That includes exclusive partnerships with the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, the MLS..." reads the statement.
