The 2018 FIFA World Cup winner spent 10 trophy-laden years in the Spanish capital with Real Madrid before making the move to the Theatre of Dreams in 2021.
During his time at the Santiago Bernabeu, the 29-year-old won four UEFA Champions League titles and three LaLiga championships, among other silverware.
While it was at Los Blancos that he made his name, Ligue 1 side Lens is where the Lille native started his professional career, and the former France international has now insisted he will not represent another club in his career, stating that he will likely retire with the record Premier League champions.
"I will finish my career either in Madrid, or in Manchester, or in Lens," Varane told GQ Magazine.
"It is sure that I will not make another club. But Madrid, it seems complicated to me, we don't usually come back to it.
"The most likely today is that I end up in Manchester or Lens."
The four-time FIFA Club World Cup winner, who has already retired from Les Bleus duty, also admitted that he needs to starting giving thought to when and which club he would like to retire with.

"The closer you get to 30, the more you think about it," Varane added.
"Since I was seven years old I have been playing football, so inevitably there is a little apprehension but no fear.
"Like every major decision in life, it requires careful thought and it will be done step by step."
