The Red Devils breezed past Real Betis at the round of 16 stage with a 5-1 aggregate win, beating the Spanish side 4-1 at Old Trafford and claiming a 1-0 victory over Betis in Spain on Thursday.
England international Marcus Rashford continued his sublime post-2022 FIFA World Cup form by scoring in both legs, taking his tally to 27 goals for the season in all competitions.
Arsenal, meanwhile, were knocked out to Sporting Lisbon after a penalty shootout in which Brazilian winger Gabriel Martinelli's miss cost the Gunners a place in the last eight.
The Red Devils have been drawn against Sevilla in the last eight, while Italian giants Juventus, who defeated Freiburg in the previous round, will take on Sporting Lisbon.
