Al Ahly head coach Marcel Koller was disappointed with how they allowed Mamelodi Sundowns to get back into the game on Saturday night.
The Red Devils remain without a win in the CAF Champions League group stages after drawing 2-2 with the Brazilians on Saturday night.
Mohamed Hany had a penalty saved by Ronwen Williams in the second half, which Koller felt could have changed the result on the night.

"The result could have been better. I am very sad especially with their second goal. We were leading the game but they managed to equalize," Koller said, as per the club's official website.
"We also missed a penalty, which could have changed the result, but that is football.
"We have three choices when it comes to penalties so we decided to change our first choice and give Hany the chance. Hany did not miss a penalty in training but he was unlucky tonight."
"Our schedule is very busy. We do not have enough time to train and we work more during our meetings and talks with the players to improve different aspects of our game."
