What's the story?
Cape Town City visited the United Rugby Championship reigning champions, the DHL Stormers at their HPC training base yesterday.
Two of Cape Town's finest set of athletes linked up and the footballers watched in awe as the powerful rugby players conducted their training.

Cape Town City x Stormers
The world's of football and rugby rarely combine, but when they do? it's always something to marvel at.
Two sets of proud athletes rubbed shoulders at the Stormers' HPC Bellville training base and the Tinkler's troops watched as the Stormers forward pack practiced some scrumming.

The players also got involved in kicking for poles, with Stormers flyer Clayton Blommetjies showing Khanyisa Mayo, Wayde Lekay, Lyle Lakay and Taahir Goedeman the ropes.
Lyle Lakay's effort was posted on Cape Town City's Instagram account and the baller could give the Stormers flyhalves a run for their money:
Eric Tinkler swapped jerseys with the Stormers coach John Dobson, to commemorate the alliance between the two sides who share the DHL Stadium.
Attacking midfielder Ayanda Patosi, who's been training with the Citizens and is rumoured to be making another return to the club was also present on the day, and he faced up with a large Stormers forward who flattened him with a tackle:
