With Neymar having confirmed he clashed with some of his Paris Saint-Germain teammates this past weekend, here is the latest on the Brazilian's future at the club.
Neymar Confirms PSG Dressing-Room Clash
Spanish publication AS has claimed that the French giants are considering selling the 31-year-old at the end of the season, just days after he clashed with colleagues in his team's dressing room.
The ex-Barcelona winger is understood to have been involved in a heated argument with teammates Vitinha and Hugo Ekitike following PSG's 3-1 Ligue 1 loss to Monaco, with the Brazilian since admitting there was in-fighting after the game.
While he has produced impressive numbers in this campaign, Neymar's relationship with the club and its fans since his world-record arrival in 2017 has rapidly deteriorated.
The Selecao international has been accused of being unreliable, with injuries having massively hampered his PSG career, while he has also been known to not get along with some of his colleagues over the years.
Earlier this season, Neymar was involved in an altercation with high-profile teammate Kylian Mbappe, whom he had once enjoyed a healthy relationship with on and off the field.
The Ligue 1 champions are now believed to be willing to try to offload the Brazilian ahead of the 2023/24 campaign, although they are likely to struggle to do so due to his mammoth wages and length of contract.
