Bafana and Chiefs legend Siphiwe Tshabalala has given his view of the Glamour boys not having a single player in the national team squad.
The Bafana Squad is dominated by Mamelodi Sundowns who have eight players in total. Shabba says it's only fair to have that many Sundowns representatives in the squad, as they've been playing great football this season.
The Amakhosi legend added that it's a big worrying factor for Chiefs to not have a player in Broos' squad but remained positive by saying all hope is not lost.
Here's how the readers reacted to the "Downs 8, Chiefs 0 At Bafana" story:
"When the national coach selects a player to represent the national team he doesn't look to the performance of the team but the ability of the player.
"It is this reason the coach almost had a nervous breakdown after Sundowns dominated team disappointed him. We are waiting to see whether they will defy the performance dished at home by beating Liberia in their kraal," says matemane.
"Players are picked according to their performance, my team Chiefs must pull their SOCKS up," says peloj.
"Sundowns Bafana failed to win the game," says johnkagiso12mmpl.
