Orlando Pirates are not expected to sign one of their previous striker targets and will move on to other players, according to insiders privy to information.
Soccer Laduma had previously reported how Pirates were linked to Eswatini international forward Sabelo Ndzinisa.

Now, Siya sources both in Eswatini and close to Pirates have indicated that the player's age could be a stumbling block to the potential move. The sources discussed Ndzinisa's 32-years-old age and how Bucs want to give a chance to more youngsters going forward.
"There is a small hindrance with regards to the move for the Eswatini striker (Ndzinisa). It's actually his age. As much as he is a good striker but at 32 and he will be even turning 33 soon," said the Siya source.
"He won't last long at the time and the team is looking at young players who would be the future of the team hence the move is hitting a snag for now. The team is looking at younger strikers like Stephane Aziz Ki and Tremaine Eastmond for example. So, that Ndzinisa move is on hold for now," the source told Soccer Laduma.
A second Siya source stated how Ndzinisa being a Correctional Services Warder at the Eswatini Royal Correctional Services hinders any move further.
"His current job is also contributing to the failure of the move. He is a Warder and it's not easy for them to just let him go unless he takes a long term unpaid leave which doesn't look possible at the moment. The only way it could happen is if the deal is concrete and he resigns from the Correctional Services maybe that way it can happen. So, as for now the move hangs in the balance really," the source observed.
Ndzinisa does have experience in South Africa with TS Sporting before they were relegated.
Soccer Laduma contacted Pirates for a comment but the club didn't respond by the time this story was published.
