According to these reliable sources, Pirates, who have been monitoring the midfielder for some time, are now believed to be taking a concrete step by offering Nemtajela a three-year contract. The proposed deal is expected to run from July 2025 until June 2028.
"It's believed that now the club has offered him a three-year deal. They are looking at improving the squad mainly in the midfield because they will be apparently looking at releasing some of the current midfielders so Masindi is one of those players hence the three-year contract they have offered him," the source told Soccer Laduma.
Additionally, discussions between Pirates and Marumo Gallants could include a player exchange as part of Nemtajela’s move to the Soweto giants.

Nemtajela has impressed in Bloemfontein to become a priority target for the Buccaneers.
