Jose Riveiro, head coach of Orlando Pirates, has chosen not to address questions about his impending departure from the club at the end of the season, emphasizing that his focus remains on the team now.
Last week, Bucs confirmed that Riveiro would not extend his contract after three years at the helm.

Speaking during a press conference at Orlando Stadium ahead of their CAF Champions League quarter-final second leg against MC Alger, Riveiro acknowledged the topic but insisted it was not the right time to discuss it.
"We are sitting here because we are good professionals. Good enough to differentiate what it takes each and every day to be in a position like this. I think we all understand our roles, our responsibilities here. What's the most important. All those other things are not important at all right now. Maybe in the future there is going to be a time to talk about it. But as we spoke about this one week ago, not to be here and talk about this right now but focusing on the important things of this club," Riveiro told journalists.
The Spanish coach reiterated that for now, the team's attention is on the crucial clash against MC Alger, whom they defeated 1-0 in the first leg last week.

"Now we have to do our best and do everything on the field and we have the right. And we deserve to be in the semi-finals or we deserve more than our opponents. They are a really good opponent. You will see. That's all what is on our minds and that's what we have the capacity to be thinking about right now," Riveiro concluded.
The CAF Champions League quarter-final second-leg match will take place on Wednesday evening at Orlando Stadium. Pirates will look to build on their 1-0 advantage and secure a spot in the semi-finals of Africa's elite competition.
