The Buccaneers got the last laugh on and off the pitch after overcoming Kaizer Chiefs in their Nedbank Cup semi-final. Check it out!
What's the story?
Following Orlando Pirates' 2-1 win over Kaizer Chiefs in the first Nedbank Cup semi-final on Saturday, they took to social media to document their tournament journey and to troll their bitter rivals.
Clearly the Buccaneers didn't take Chiefs' enthusiastic reaction to drawing them for the semi's lightly, as they used some of that footage in their score-settling video.

Pirates troll Chiefs on socials
After suffering a league double to Kaizer Chiefs this season, the Sea Robbers settled the score on the pitch with a 2-1 win after extra-time, courtesy of goals from Kermit Erasmus and Sandile Mthethwa.
Off the pitch, Pirates were eager to silence Amakhosi and the Khosi Nation as they took a sly dig at their rivals by reposting a video of Kaizer Chiefs reacting happily to being drawn against Pirates.
Although Chiefs walked into Saturday's clash as underdogs due to their recent form, they've had Pirates' number over the last couple of years, which might've warranted Chiefs' eagerness to draw Pirates in the Nedbank Cup.

Here's how Orlando Pirates trolled Chiefs, using the same footage and a bible verse on the caption John 20:21, which reads:
"Again Jesus said, 'Peace be with you! As the father has sent me, I am sending you.'"
Pirates' clever social media team used audio from Mixed-Martial Arts athlete Israel Adesanya's press conference response, in the build-up to his second middleweight title fight against Alex Pereira, where he says:
"I don't keep score, I settle them."
