Mntambo at Soweto Fashion Week

On the same weekend as Sekhukhune United's Nedbank Cup semi-final against Stellenbosch, which resulted in a penalty shoot-out win for Babina Noko, Mntambo worked his magic at the Soweto Fashion Week.

The stylish and outgoing 33-year-old said on Instagram that he's proud of stepping out of his comfort zone to walk on the runway for Not Of This Earth's (N.O.T.E), a brand owned by his high school friend, Elias Sibata.

Like a seasoned runway model would normally get the honour of doing, Mntambo closed out NOTE's Autumn/Winter 23/24 herberium collection.

The Sekhukhune star wore the brand's Heberium embroidered Kimono puffer jacket, with patches and NOTE's floral wide leg pants.

The look perfectly encapsulates Mntambo's experimentation with his own personal style and his streetwear vibrancy, making his the perfect model to close out NOTE's Soweto Fashion Week presentation.
