The story
Atletico Madrid striker, Alvaro Morata is cooking on and off the field at this year's UEFA Euro competition in Germany.
The Spaniard, who scored in La Roja's 3-0 Euro opener against Croatia, recently put together a delectable dish for his teammates to enjoy.
The La Roja skipper made a delicious-looking Spanish Carbonara and in true food vlog style, the striker gave a step-by-step method of how to execute this simple but mouthwatering meal.
Morata effortlessly whisked the eggs with flower, while pan-frying pieces of Guanciale (Italian salt-cured meat), much to the amazement of his teammates, who were sure to document the moment on their phones.
Once the meal was ready, Morata's teammates, Nacho, Aymeric Laporte, Nico Williams and Pedri all rushed to get a serving of Morata's special Carbonara.

Here's the full recipe of Morata's meal:
- 400g Spaghetti
- 50g Guanciale
- 20g Parmesan cheese
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- Black pepper
