The story
Despite his future as a Kaizer Chiefs looking more uncertain with each passing week, veteran goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune cuts an optimistic figure on social media.
After making only five appearances for the Glamour Boys this past season, there's a good chance that Khune has played his last game for his boyhood club, as his contract is set to expire this month.
Although Chiefs did announce that Khune's current contract is his last one as a player, Khune is insisting that it's not the end of the road for him as a professional footballer.
The recently-turned 37-year-old took to Instagram to share a video of him exhibiting his supreme distribution skills to a group of youngsters playing football at a park close to him.
"Just a Random walk nje and I was asked to distribute with my takkies on and I nailed it. I'm not done yet, I've still got it. [There is] still a long way to go. Wake me up at 2am and I'll locate you [with a pass] with my eyes closed," wrote Khune on IG, insinuating that he's not ready to retire just yet.
