Bafana now turn their attention to Tuesday's clash against Benin, which Broos might look to rest Teboho Mokoena.
"Certain moments when the result is there you need to take account," Broos told SABC Sport after the game.
"Tuesday again we have a difficult game, we will try to give some players a little bit rest like Teboho, he played already all the games of Sundowns this season.
"So, it's bit real that's why we haven't changed him also the other players. So, we will give him a little bit rest and to be ready for next Tuesday."
On the win against Lesotho, Broos mentioned the importance of collecting three points even though Bafana could have scored more goals.
"It was very important today to have the three points. We knew that it will be a tough game and we play against a team that just don't want to lose. We had four good chances in the first half, but we didn't score," he said.
"So, we corrected some things and we started very good in the second half immediately. There was pressure, once you score the first goal you've done the most difficult.
"It was a little bit late in the game, but the most important thing today is we have the victory and the three points.
