According to media reports in Morocco, CAF have verbally agreed to postpone the 2015 African Cup of Nations due to the Ebola outbreak.
It was reported earlier this month that Morocco had requested a postponement of the tournament amid fears that allowing it to go ahead would put both players and fans in jeopardy.
Now, according to Moroccan publication, Assabah, CAF and Morocco's football association have agreed 'on principle' that the tournament will be pushed back, and that it could happen in either June 2015 or January 2016.
However, CAF aren't expected to make an official statement regarding their decision on the AFCON until after the CAF Champions League final has been played this weekend.
CAF originally stated that they had no intention of postponing the tournament, however after South Africa, Algeria, Sudan and Egypt all refused to host it in Morocco's place, it seems they have reconsidered.
